We want you to love your music. Here's how we handle refunds.

Digital Music Downloads

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales of digital music (singles, EPs, and albums) on DreLovesGod.com are final.

But — we care more about you than the sale. If something went wrong (file didn't download, wrong file delivered, technical issue, or you're genuinely unhappy), reach out. We'll make it right.

Situations Where We WILL Issue a Refund

The download failed and we cannot deliver the file after reasonable troubleshooting.
You received the wrong track — we'll deliver the correct one AND refund the original charge.
The file is technically defective (corrupted, incomplete, or unplayable in standard MP3 players).
Duplicate charges — if Stripe accidentally charged you twice for the same purchase.
Unauthorized charge — if a family member or someone with access to your device made a purchase without your consent, contact us within 30 days.

Situations Where We Cannot Issue a Refund

You downloaded the track and later changed your mind
You don't personally enjoy the music
Your device is incompatible with standard MP3 format
More than 90 days have passed since the purchase

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@drelovesgod.com with:

The email address you used at checkout
The song, EP, or album you purchased
The approximate purchase date
What went wrong

We typically respond within 48 hours and process approved refunds through Stripe within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve any issue directly and faster than a chargeback process. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your access to future purchases being suspended.

Free Content

Free content (streaming previews, "Stream Only" tracks like Lil Drummer Boy, devotionals, prayer requests) is not subject to this refund policy since no purchase occurred.
